Ryan Posocco captured his first win of the 2008 season and his first win behind the wheel of the #48 Davidson Foods / CargoPro Trailers Marcia Kretschman owned late model. Ryan started from the 9th position and quickly worked his way to the front. On lap-10 Ryan took the lead from Corey Hutchings and began to distance himself from the field. A late race caution flag fell and setup a green-white-checkered finish but Ryan was once again able to pull away and go onto the win which was the 29th of his career.

“The car was awesome tonight,” stated Ryan. "We really hit on the setup tonight and it showed. At the start of the race something happened up front and we were able to gain several positions. Then we were able to pick off one car at a time till we took over the lead from Corey. We were able to pull away but a few late race cautions came out which had me worried because the car was getting tight. We were able to survive all the restarts and get the win. I would like to thank the team for giving me an awesome car to drive tonight. I also would like to thank Bob Fill of BFR Chassis and Billy Mathis of Performance Engines for all their help as well.”

Ryan, who is new to the Davidson Racing team, was quick to dedicate the race to Dave Rowe who passed away a few weeks earlier. “I know I'm new to the Davidson team, but we want to dedicate this win to Mr. Rowe. I raced against his teams for several years and from the outside looking in you could see he had built something special. I am just happy to be part of it this year.”
